Plastic-Free Future Mart | Coors Light
We all do it every week: grab something from our local corner store. Whether it’s a beer or a candy bar, it almost always comes with plastic. But what if it didn’t?
To celebrate Coors Light becoming the largest beer brand in North America to move out of six-pack plastic rings, we opened the world’s first fully sustainable mini-mart in NYC made from 100% plastic-free materials, including brewery waste.
Part store, part art installation, we teamed up with New York sign painters and artists Peter Paid, Noble Signs and Dirty Bandits to imagine sustainable, plastic-free versions of all essential deli items.
And gave people a glimpse into what a plastic-free future might look like—as well as some ice-cold, delicious free beer.
