Mucho gusto

I’m Jesús Bernardo González López de Grande.

Yes, my name is a barista’s worst nightmare.

So just call me Bernardo.

Next to my very long name, there’s a +10 year-long career spanning two countries, three cities, and three markets.

After working at DDB and TBWA\CHIAT\DAY México City, I moved to Los Angeles to start a new chapter at Saatchi & Saatchi. Where I made some of Toyota’s most memorable campaigns, including the highest user-generated content campaign in the history of the brand in the US. 

Then I realized sunlight was overrated and moved to New York to work at Droga5, where I’ve been fortunate to produce some very dumb stuff with very smart people. Including work for Dos Equis, Molson Coors, Petco, and Twizzlers. And, most recently, the pitch that won us Coors Light and a 15% Molson Coors account growth (leadership loves this stat!).
